Robert J. Berding, Esq.
After obtaining a B.A. in English from St. Bonaventure University and a Masters of Science in Counseling from Long Island University, Robert started his career in the helping profession of counseling. In that capacity, he learned first-hand about the myriad of problems that people faced and devoted his efforts to finding practical solutions that improved their lives. This was especially challenging for families that had to overcome irreconcilable relationship differences yet still were required to manage financial and child-rearing responsibilities.
Beyond his role as a direct care provider, Robert worked as a health care executive, acted as a subject matter expert in legal medical records, coordinated compliance with court-ordered settlement agreements and led hospital-based operations.
Robert obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012.
Robert joined the firm in 2021 and utilizes his vast and unique experience as a member of both our Medical Malpractice and Family Law/Matrimonial teams.
Robert is a lifelong New Yorker. He currently resides on Long Island with his wife and two cats and enjoys being a helpful and active member of his local community.
