COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of our employees and clients while continuing to serve you, our clients, with as little disruption as possible. Our office remains open, however effective March 17, 2020, our staff will be working remotely until it is safe for them to return to our office.

Effective March 16, 2020, the courts in New York State have postponed all trials, conferences and court appearances until further notice. Similarly, all depositions will be postponed until further notice. If you have a mediation in a personal injury or medical malpractice case scheduled, we will attempt to conduct that by videoconferencing. All other work on your case will continue in the usual course. Client meetings will take place via teleconferencing until further notice.

If you have questions about your case, please contact us by phone or email as you normally would.

We continue to be available to help new inquiries and clients in the areas of divorce, family law, medical malpractice, personal injury and residential real estate closings.
