I write a lot of great reviews, but this one is one that I am particularly proud of because the services rendered have been excellent and without even a doubt of reproach. The Law offices of Sandra Radna have not only demonstrated  professionalism in customer relations but it has proven its expertise by winning my case. My case was unique and they believed and fought for me. This experience has been personable as Sandra and especially Kim who was assigned to my case held my hand every step of the way. They made me feel heard, safe, and remained consistent at it. I didn't just feel like a client doing business, I felt like they genuinely wanted me to get justice. This is what every lawyer should do, this is what every victim deserve. They gave me confidence from day one and saw me through the finish line. After being injured by someone’s negligence, Law Offices of Sandra M. Radna, P.C was recommended to me by another attorney. I am extremely grateful for the recommendation! I worked with both Sandra and Kim who are extremely professional. Though I found my situation to be legally complex, their experience was clear whenever we spoke. Sandra and Kim both took time to explain everything to me and were always available to answer any questions I had. Throughout the process, they provided me with updates and informed me of the next steps in a manner that I understood. I had full confidence in them. They never treated me as if I was bothering them with my questions and never spoke down to me when I did not understand the process. In the course of this matter, I encountered a post divorce issue and the first two people I contacted were Sandra and Kim. Several options were discussed with me regarding how to handle this issue, some of which required the assistance of an attorney, while others did not. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each course of action, and after they were confident that I understood the pros and cons of each option, we moved forward. It was clear to me throughout the process that they understood my concerns and kept my best interests in mind. I am pleased with the way both of my situations were resolved. My highest recommendation goes to Law Offices of Sandra M. Radna, PC. They far exceeded my expectations regarding working with a law firm on these matters.

I would give Law Offices of Sandra M. Radna, P.C. 5-stars and 5-diamonds. The service was absolutely impeccable. The one thing I was astonished by was the speed as to which a settlement was received. I really thought my case would be dragged out for 2-3 years, but it was completely resolved, from incident to monies received in a little under six months! What a relief. Nobody wants to be tied up in court for years. I would definitely recommend Radna Law to any of my family and/or friends because of their phenomenal service and professionalism. The phenomenal service started with a sympathetic, kind, gentle ear on the initial phone call/ contact to the injured party. The staff was available 7-days a week. Any texts or emails, even on weekends, were always returned within 10- minutes, which was very comforting. All the lawyers, (there was a team of them), were extremely knowledgeable as to the steps that needed to be taken, including the next day: hospital, x-rays, cat-scan, brain-scan, mri, etc... They knew about all the physical therapy and other doctor appointments that were going to follow. They explained the entire process that we were about to undertake and their fees which were very clear and upfront. They stated verbally the fees and put them in writing so there were absolutely no surprises at the very end. (the fees were the industry standard, which is a very fair system) Overall, I am ecstatic! It's all over. All the bones are healed and I received everything I was expecting/hoping for all in a timely manner. Thank you to Sandra and everyone on her wonderful team for all their hard work with an extra special thanks going out to Kim Koehler for her attentiveness on the day to day during these unnerving times.

I am not one to write reviews but, I feel the need when it comes to something as important as a lawsuit. I am so grateful for Sandra and her firm for all the hard work and dedication they had in my personal injury case.
