Divorce – Client With High Profile Spouse

Client came to us because their prior attorney told them that they would not obtain any of the marital assets or support because the calculations indicated that our client actually owed the high-profile spouse money due to renovations on the parties’ multiple real estate holdings. Our client’s prior attorney was well known and advised our client that they should just settle as indicated by the attorneys for the spouse. The case was scheduled for the next court appearance shortly after we were retained.
