Divorce – Contested – No Children

Client came to us because they wished to divorce their spouse. Although they did not have children, and the marriage was for only 5 years, the spouse would not agree to the divorce.  The spouse also harassed our client at their job and at home which caused a great deal of anxiety for our client.  We were able to get the matter resolved in a matter of months to the great satisfaction of our client.
