Divorce – Dispute over division of marital assets

Client came to us because although the parties had been separated for a period of time, the parties were unable to agree on how marital assets should be divided.  Our client’s spouse was also not permitting our client to have parenting time with the parties’ children.  We were able to successfully negotiate an agreement where our client obtained their fair share of the marital assets and was able to have parenting time with the children.
