Family Court – Change of Custody – Father’s Rights

Client believed that the mother was physically and emotionally abusing their child. Child Protective Services investigated the case and determined that there was not any conclusive proof that child had been abused by the mother. At trial we were successful at proving physical and mental abuse of the child by mother. Our client was awarded sole custody of the child with limited parenting time to the mother.
