Child’s other parent filed a petition for custody. Our client had concerns that the other parent suffered from undiagnosed mental illness. At trial we were successful in proving that the other parent did, in fact, have mental illness and cognitive issues. Our client was granted sole custody with the other parent having supervised parenting time with child.
