High Net Worth Divorce – Complex Marital Assets

Client came to us after being with another attorney. Marital assets were complex consisting of real property, multiple vehicles, and complex financial assets. Client also was being denied parenting time with the parties’ children. Client’s prior attorney indicated that the only choice was to go to trial and that client should give up on the children because they were teenagers and did not want to see our client. We were able to arrange a court appointed mediator through a pilot program with the court. After two meetings with the mediator, the matter was resolved in a manner satisfactory to our client which included parenting time with the children.
