Post-Divorce Medical Care Dispute

Client’s former spouse brought a Petition, post-divorce, which requested that the parties’ custody agreement be modified to provide the former spouse with final say in medical decisions for the parties’ special needs child. We were successful in having the former spouse’s petition dismissed so that our client retained medical decision-making authority.
