Post-Divorce Relocation – Family Court

Client sought to relocate to another state with the parties’ two children, one of whom had special needs. The former spouse aggressively opposed our client’s request. After a number of court appearances, we were successful in obtaining the relocation order for our client who is now happily living in the new state with the children.
